mandolin george began playing the scottish music on the mandolin many years ago in “Homebrew” with his school friends (now sadly no longer with us) Johnny Cunningham and Billy Cranston.

He has come a long way since then and  nowadays he plays many instruments – usually double stringed –  and many musical genres  from all around the world. From 1 September 2010, you can hear the mandolin and other instruments in sound clips playing jazz, blues, folk, andean, east european and middle eastern music in a variety of settings around the world
